Your food is terrible! You should really educate yourself on what goes into all that processed food you’re eating! My goodness. And only about 9 pieces of fruit for the entire week? Reduced fat milk is not skim, fat free is, and all that fake sugar you’re eating. You’re cancer waiting to happen.
